Price: One custom rug art piece is $600 for around 30 x 30 inches. Price may decrease if you request a simpler and smaller design. Ex: a small peach emoji rug. Not including shipping.

Estimated Turnaround Time: 1 month or less once work has begun. Time subject to queue, ordering materials, and shipping time. View my queue here.

Allergen Disclaimer: Latex & Cat Allergens. Rugs are made in a household owning one neutered long-haired cat. Please be wary if you have severe cat allergies or own pets that would be distressed by potential cat hair scent on the rug. The glue used on each rug art piece is made with high-quality latex rug glue. The latex glue is covered by rug backing fabric.

Process Overview:

I create a design based on your provided reference image(s). Provide as many changes as you’d like! The rug art will be based on this drawing.

I will confirm your yarn colors. The colors may not be exactly like your character- if this happens, I’ll confirm with you on choosing a similar color.

Your design will then be traced onto the canvas cloth. Now it’s time for tufting!

I will provide a photo of your completed tufting– the lines will look a little messy, but don’t worry! Shaving and clean-up comes later. If you see something that looks off in the design, let me know and I may be able to make revisions to the yarn tufting.

After your approval, I will glue the back of the rug art. No revisions can be made after this step, so please make sure you review before confirming with me.

After the glue dries, I’ll start the backing process and shaving. This is detailed work that takes a lot of time, so your project will sit in this stage the longest.

Finally, COMPLETION! You will be provided a beautiful photo of your completed rug art before shipment. Any remaining balance including shipping will be due at this time.

Payment Terms

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your commission slot. Work will not begin until the deposit is received. The deposit only qualifies for a full refund if I am unable to begin your commission due to circumstances on my end.
Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before beginning the commission. Shipping costs are calculated by rug art weight and your address, which are due before shipment.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds for cancellations will only be issued for incomplete work, minus the cost of completed materials and labor. Incomplete refunded work will be scrapped or repurposed for resale.

Rights and Ownership

I retain the rights to use photos of the completed product for portfolio, social media, or advertising purposes.

Warranty and Repairs

Repairs due to wear and tear, accidents, or misuse are the responsibility of the client.
Rug art should be spot cleaned only.

Shipping & Handling

Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping fees will be calculated and included in the final invoice, starting at $10.00 depending on location.
Once shipped, I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

Agreement

By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Service outlined in this document. Failure to comply with the TOS may result in cancellation of your commission with a partial or full refund depending on work completed.
